12 of August, the Ministry of health of Russia approved the list of diseases that prevent the provision of a foreign citizen of a patent for a work or residence permit in Russia.
In accordance with the Order of Ministry of health of the Russian Federation No. 384n from 29.06.2015 grounds for refusal to grant a patent on the work or residence permit is the presence of one of the following diseases:
- leprosy;
- tuberculosis;
- syphilis;
- the disease caused by human immunodeficiency virus, including asymptomatic.
Moreover, if these diseases are identified a foreign national who has already obtained a patent or a residence permit, it will entail immediate cancellation.
Thus, foreign nationals who intend to work or reside in the Russian Federation, are obliged to submit to the FMS medical conclusion about absence of the diseases given in the list.
Also Order no 384n approved the procedure for medical examination and the form of the conclusion provided in his results. According to this Order, the examination includes:
- fluoroscopy or fluorography of the lungs;
- examinations of physicians – infectious disease specialist, TB specialist, dermatologist;
laboratory molecular biological studies of sputum and blood.
The medical certificate must be issued according to the form 001 FROM and signed by all the doctors who participated in the inspection, and the head of the clinic where the survey took place.
