16 of July. The constitutional court of the Russian Federation has defined the procedure for filing applications – related amendments made to the Rules of the constitutional court of the Russian Federation.
Starting from 01 August 2015, to appeal to the Supreme court via the Internet will be possible in the following ways:
- with a special service on the website of the constitutional court;
- by sending email at: ksrf@ksrf.ru.
When using the first method, the user will need to register in the online system appeal to the constitutional court of the Russian Federation", available on the website of the constitutional court, attaching a scanned copy of the document proving the identity (it is enough to scan pages that contain the surname, name, patronymic, photo, and registration by place of residence).
Checking account allotted 3 business days, however, the access direction of circulation, the user gets immediately after completing the registration form and profile activation.
The message will be considered as directed only after the verification and confirmation of the profile by the Secretariat of the constitutional court. If they revealed violations, the user must be notified about it via email (to the address specified during registration). In this case, the message is sent since the elimination of violations.
If violations are not eliminated, such account after 3 days, recognized the uncreated, and the message is considered non-directional.
The answer of the constitutional court, the user will receive in a private office. Additionally, the message that the constitutional court has processed the request, will be sent on the email.
Citizens who chose the second method, should assure your message encrypted digital signature. In the letter, which is sent to the constitutional court, it is necessary to specify the subject of the appeal, in the letter – to indicate the essence of the issue and also list the names of the subdocuments. It is important to remember that only accept black and white scanned copies.
The response from the CC will come in PDF format and will be signed by reinforced qualified signature of the contractor – employee of the constitutional court of the Russian Federation.
