29 of September. Citizens of the Russian Federation, officially recognized as the unemployed will receive unemployment benefits in the amount of 850 rubles to 4,900 rubles in 2017. The Russian government has decided not to change the amount of the benefit in the next year. The draft government decree on this was placed on legal disclosure portal.
The document has a clause that the amount of the benefit will remain at this level until the adoption of the amendments to the law on employment.
As the "Rossiyskaya Gazeta" in the early summer of Ministry of Labour has prepared a bill according to which unemployment benefits will increase (up to 8 ths. Rubles), but it narrows the range of recipients.
So, without benefits may remain graduates (except for children left without parental care and children - orphans), the unemployed, aimed to study the employment center, but dropped out of it, as well as former farmers, entrepreneurs and those who lost their jobs, not immediately appealed to the employment center, and a year later. The minimum and maximum sizes of aids in the document were not specified, but they are discussed in the explanatory note to the document. Then the Minister of Labour and Social Protection of Russia, commenting on the proposed document, saying that it will come into force in 2018.
