In accordance with the Federal law of 17 of July, 1999 №178-FZ "On state social assistance" the right to receive free permits in sanatorium are:
- combat veterans (including second world war);
- people with disabilities and war veterans;
- the families of deceased combat veterans, employees of hospitals of besieged Leningrad;
residents of besieged Leningrad; - citizens affected by the Chernobyl accident, as well as tests at the Semipalatinsk test site;
persons with disabilities and children with disabilities. - Vouchers are provided in order of arrival.
For obtaining the permit must provide to the Department Pension Fund the following documents:
- the statement;
- rehabilitation program located within the Bureau of medical-social expertise;
- the conclusion of the medical Commission confirming the presence of indications for Spa treatment of a certain type.
The social insurance Fund, commenting on the rule of law, stressed that the payment of the cost of independently purchased vouchers under this program is not available.
