Under the proposed amendments, if the inspector of traffic police stop the driver behind the wheel of a car with tinted Windows for the first time, the punishment will remain the same – a fine of 500 rubles. If the driver is caught again for this offense, it is suggested that the amount of the fine can increase up to 5 thousand rubles. The third time, having stopped the motorist driving a car with tinted front and / or front side Windows, the inspector will not be limited to a statement summonses. It is proposed for a multiple violation to enter a driving for a period of from 2 to 6 months.
In a press-service of traffic police explained that at present in Moscow and other large Russian cities is stopped for any offence the motorist on the spot check, that is, study the history of his offences.
