The new school year has brought a number of changes in the Unified state exam. Starting with the 2014-2015 academic year, the essay will return to the number of final examinations. The results of the final essay / presentation will be scored for credit or fail. Students who have received credit will be allowed for the exam.
Rosobrnadzor reported that the essay – the essay referred to in the exam in Russian language, also has not been canceled, it will remain. And here’s the part where you must choose the answer (in the Russian language exam), or paragraph “A” will be abolished. The Department stressed that the difficulty of the exam from the abolition of this part will not decrease. In the unified state examination in other subjects the number of test tasks is also significantly reduced.
The exam in mathematics will be divided into two levels: basic and specialized. The option of the exam at two levels will be left to the regions. In order to receive a certificate of graduation, will be sufficient to pass the exam in mathematics at a basic level. However, if you pass the exam at the basic level will not allow to go to University where mathematics is included in the list of entrance examinations. For admission in this University must pass the exam in mathematics at the profile level.
The exam in foreign languages has also undergone changes. Participants will now have to pass not only a written exam but also to demonstrate their ability to speak. Section contains oral responses to tasks, is voluntary, but those who claim to be high scores in this exam, you will need to pass this part. The maximum score can be obtained only if and to pass the written part (it is possible to get maximum 80 points), and verbal (which is estimated at a maximum of 20 points).
Control and measuring materials (KIM) the exam for 2015 will be formed partially from the open Bank of assignments. Open the Bank will be supplemented by new tasks, access will be possible via the website of the Federal Institute of pedagogical measurements, which is engaged in the development of examination tasks.
The CMM sets this year, like last, will be developed for each time zone.
Three waves of the exam, which have become already traditional, this year will be abolished. With the new academic year the examinations will be held in April and may-June. Previously there were three waves: early, main, additional. In the main wave has passed by graduates of the current year, the composition of early and additional waves was strictly regulated.
A new procedure for the unified state exam provides for the delivery of graduates as previous years and the current year examinations from April to June. Russian language and mathematics are compulsory, the rest optional (must be determined prior to 1 March). In July, the exam will not take place.
Retake exam with an unsatisfactory evaluation will be possible in the independent centres of the exam. They will work year-round.
Rosobrnadzor plans next year to keep new features (transparency and honesty). All the items of the examinations will be equipped with video surveillance, the number of classrooms that will be monitored in the online mode, will be increased. Rosobrnadzor will continue the monitoring of Internet resources on the subject of unreliable publications KIM.
