11 of July. The reservoir Corepiscopa district Republic of Sakha (Yakutia) has broken the dam. The threat of flooding hangs over nine localities. This was reported by Vlad Permyakov (the head of the operational headquarters of the district).
Breakthrough of the dam occurred on 11 of July at 06:00 local time. "At the moment blurred the roadway and wait for water in the settlements. The situation is complicated," said Permyakov.
The reason of rising of water in rivers and Tatta Corepiscopa areas of Yakutia – abundant torrential rains that overflowed the river. Dam reservoir on the river thatta did not withstand such water pressure, and there was a breakthrough.
