Nikolai Valuev is a known fighter, and nowadays the Deputy of the State Duma, has sent an official to the U.S. state Department spokesman Psaki map of Russia in order to understand where is Russia and where is Ukraine, and how far from the Ukrainian border is located the city of Astrakhan.
