CTP insurance policy provides the right to compensation of damage caused to another motorist during emergency situations. If this situation occurred through the fault of the insured person.

In 2002 was adopted the Federal law №40 "On compulsory insurance of civil liability of vehicle owners". This law regulates all major legal aspects relating to auto insurance.
In connection with the rise in the cost of insurance policy, there are incentives for citizens with disabilities.
The benefit in this case is that citizens with disabilities shall be compensated in the amount of 50 percent of the cost of the policy. Offset is the amount shown in the policy.
To take advantage of this benefit, you must comply with the following conditions:
- the vehicle must be obtained by the citizen with disabilities technical means of rehabilitation;
a citizen with a disability should have the right to use the car independently. If this is not possible, it is allowed, the control is the legal representative of a disabled person;
- the car uses no more than 2 people (including the owner and his / her legal representative).
Design benefits
This benefit has a declarative character. Therefore, the car owner with a disability, you must contact the Department of social protection of the population and to present a set of the following documents:
- application for the provision of this benefit;
- passport copy of the passport;
- the insurance policy;
- the document confirming the payment;
- disability certificate;
- passport of the vehicle;
- medical certificate that the applicant has the right to be provided a car for medical reasons.
Remember that to get a 50 percent reimbursement for 2015, you must apply before December 10. After reviewing the documents, the approval of the application, the applicant receives compensation at the place of residence.
