15 of May. Sberbank has launched a new promotion for young families. The new conditions relate to the mortgages for young families.
Mortgage loans are encouraged to borrow on more favorable terms in part down payment. For young families with minor children initial payment reduced by 15 percent. Rates in the framework of the application of the terms "Secured credit" range from 14 percent per annum for loan period up to 30 years regardless of the number and presence of children. This was announced by the representative of OJSC "Sberbank of Russia".
A request for a soft loan on the stock for young families can be submitted until 31 December 2015 inclusive. Once the application is approved, the client will be given 60 days (calendar) to pick up for his accommodation under the product "Acquisition of finished housing".
Director of retail non-transactional products of JSC "Sberbank of Russia" Natalia Alymov, commenting on the new campaign, said that "young families are a very significant category of clients of Sberbank, we are pleased to offer borrowers new, more comfortable conditions on a popular product".
