25 of May. In Lisbon at the stadium "Da Luz" was held the final meeting of the two Spanish teams – real Madrid and Atletico Madrid. The meeting ended with the score 4:1. The Goalscorers were: Diego Gidin – defender "Atletico" (a minute), Sergio Ramos - the defender of "real" (90+3rd minute), Gareth bale is a midfielder "real (a minute), Marcelo defender real Madrid (a minute), Cristiano Ronaldo – striker "real" (a minute).
Despite the messages that appeared in the media before the match. In the starting lineup Atletico Madrid and real Madrid was a place the main striker – Diego Costa and Karim Benzema. The real Madrid cf forward has missed the last two meetings because of problems with his knee, and the striker "Atletico" was injured in the match against Barcelona.
This match in the Champions League final was unique in nature. For the first time in the history of Cup victory played two teams from one city.

Winning in this meeting, real Madrid won the title of the strongest team of Europe for the tenth time in history. Since 2002, real Madrid hadn't reached the Champions League final. In the same year the team last won the championship in the main club tournament of Europe (recall that at the time, the head coach "real" Visente Del Bosque).
