According to preliminary data, the cause of the collision – failure distance and speed in conditions of fog.

In the Krasnodar region on the highway "don" there have been several large-scale accidents, in total, collided about 50 cars. Two drivers were killed.
On a plot of 1252 1249 on the highway "don" on October 13 occurred about 10 accidents, the Ministry of the interior, having left on a scene, has averaged about 36 machines with different injuries. About 2 km from this site there was another accident (staying in the truck crashed into 4 cars).

As a result of incident was lost, without regaining consciousness, a 40-year-old driver. For the life of 51-year-old driver fought the doctors, but, unfortunately, to save him failed, he died in the hospital. About 10 people received injuries of varying severity.

According to preliminary data, the cause of the accident was the failure of the distance and speed in conditions of fog. Upon the accident initiated the investigation.
