19 of March. Four victims filed in seaside regional court the claims on compensation of material and moral damage to those convicted in the case of the gang "Primorskaya partisan". The size of claims ranged from 1 to 3 million roubles. Victims presenting these lawsuits are relatives of those killed and a policeman who was wounded during one of the attacks. These claims were accepted. The decision on these claims will be made during the meeting.
Recall that earlier (March 13) the claim about compensation of moral harm have charged the mother of a slain officer. The amount of this claim amounted to 4 million rubles. This claim will also be considered by the court.
The gang "Primorskaya partisan"
