The Ministry of economic development of the Russian Federation on July 10, introduced to the state Duma a draft Federal law "On peculiarities of providing land plots on the territory of the far Eastern Federal district. It is anticipated that the bill will regulate the procedure of granting land plots in property of citizens of the Russian Federation. Thus, the initiators of the project want not only to stop the outflow of population from the Far East, but also to attract new residents from other regions of the Russian Federation. The law should start to operate in 2016.

Any citizen of the Russian Federation wishing to receive a hectare of land in the far East, will be able to carry out this procedure simplistic. A future landowner will be able to choose any station, not to choose from that will offer the local authorities. To apply, you can even to the lands of the forest Fund, in this case, the authorities will change the designation of land for agricultural.

The initial phase will be provided free of charge. If a person will acquire allocated land for 5 years, after this period, the land will go to his property. But even after that the land will not be transferred to foreign citizens and companies that are partially or fully owned by foreign citizens or persons without citizenship.

The registration of the land plot is planned to spend only 1 month. To make this procedure even easier is developed by electronic service through which you will carry out selection of the site, forming the boundary and to apply for land use.
