21 of Aug. From 21 August 2015, the Central Bank of Russia revoked the license for banking activities from Vladivostok "dalta-Bank". Information about this appeared on the official website of the Bank of Russia.
As explained by the regulator, "dalta-Bank" repeatedly violated in the course of 1 year the requirements of article 6, 7 (except paragraph 3 of article 7) of the Federal law "About counteraction to legalization (laundering) of incomes obtained in a criminal way, and terrorism financing" and normative acts of the Central Bank of the Russian Federation, issued in accordance with this law.
The Central Bank of Russia, guided by article 19 , clause 6 of part 1 of article 20 of the Federal law "On banks and banking activities' and part 11 of article 74 of the Federal law "On the Central Bank of the Russian Federation took the decision to withdraw the license for banking operations from August 21, 2015, from the credit institution Joint-stock company "dalta-Bank", - informs the official website of the Central Bank of the Russian Federation.

"Dalta-Bank", according to the official website, was established in 1989. The authorized capital of the Bank 218.5 million rubles. The Bank was not a participant of system of insurance of deposits of individuals.
According to the reliability rating of credit institutions of Vladivostok for their asset, "dalta-Bank" held in July 2015 the last (69) place.
