07 of April. Data from all polling stations processed. Anatoly Elbow – the candidate from the Communist party – won the elections of the mayor of Novosibirsk, typing 43,75% of votes.
In second place settled by Vladimir Connoisseurs – candidate from United Russia. He received the 39,57% of the vote.
The remaining votes were distributed as follows:
Eugene Loginov (the candidate from the party "Russian breakthrough") gained 3.36% of the votes;
Vladimir Anisimov (the candidate from the party "Cities of Russia") - 3,25% of votes;
Dmitry Savelyev (the candidate of the liberal democratic party) is 2.42% of the votes;
Anatoly Kubanov (the candidate from the party "Fair Russia) – 2,19% of the vote;
Sergey Troitskiy (a candidate from the party "Against all") rose to 1.07% of the vote;
Roman Starikov (the candidate from the party "Communists of Russia") is 0.84% of the vote;
Alexei southerner (the candidate from the party "the Party of spiritual transformation of Russia") gained 0.54 percent of the votes;
Alexander Thark (the candidate from the party "Labour Russia) and 0.59% of the vote;
Sergei Ovchinnikov (candidate of the party "Russian party of national management") at 0.42% of the vote.
According to the results of counting of votes of 2.01% of the ballots were declared invalid.
Any serious violations during the elections were not identified.
No clashes, provocations were recorded.
Early elections Novosibirsk mayor
Horseperson previously reported that the Commission received 40 complaints. 90% of them did not find confirmation.
Turnout in these elections was about 30%.
Elections of the mayor of Novosibirsk had been carried out ahead of schedule after Vladimir Gorodetsky has resigned. Recall that this post Gorodetsky has held since 2000. On 9 January he became Deputy Governor of the region.
On the largest chair of the mayor of the municipality claimed a large number of candidates (11). Among the candidates was Vladimir Connoisseurs (acting mayor of Novosibirsk). Among the candidates was a self – pensioner Yevgeny Loginov.
Just for registering as a candidate for this post filed documents 35 applicants. According to this indicator, these elections were included into the Book of records of Russia.
