5 of February on a single portal of information disclosure published amendments to the Tax code concerning payment of the state fee. They said that the person applied for state services through the Internet, receives a 50% discount in the payment of the registration fee.
According to Ministry estimates, more than 35% of all appeals received in 2014, will be held over the Internet.
In the explanatory note to the bill States that the discount is offered to provide in the case of the application documents for obtaining state services in electronic form and get the desired result without visiting the body authorized to provide such services, i.e. electronically or via postal mail. This rule, according to the Ministry, will help to accelerate the transition of public authorities to provide services in electronic form, as well as contribute to increase the number of citizens using e-government services.
The economic development Ministry has calculated that if about 35% of calls on public services in 2014 will be held in electronic form (for those services that are in accordance with applicable law, possibly in electronic form), the income from providing such services will account for 10% of the total funds received from the provision of public services (the provision for which a state duty).
The law may come into force 01 July 2014.
