These spaces will be intended for those who live in the area and acquired the permission of the resident. What if someone, without permission, is it? Yet this issue has not been resolved. Technically, he should be held responsible under article 12.16.4 of the administrative code – violation of the requirements of the sign, the responsibility for which is provided in the form of a fine in the amount of 1500 rubles. If the violation occurred in St. Petersburg or Moscow, according to the article 12.16.5 (the penalty – 3000 roubles), not taking into account storage costs and evacuation.
And if the person who takes this place, paid the Parking meter? What to do in this case? To evacuate his car? Whether to write a ticket?
