Commenting on the truthfulness of media reports that foreign professionals, particularly from England, USA, Spain and Germany, leave EN masse from Russia, Romodanovsky said that the mass Exodus of professionals is not observed, he noted that we are talking about leaving a maximum of a few thousand people.
Konstantin Romodanovsky said that in the world there is indeed a struggle for highly qualified specialists. "This struggle has always been and will be. Experts will peremenitsya from country to country, but are engaged and we" - said the head of the FMS of Russia.
According to him, Russia has all the conditions for employees with high qualifications.
Commenting on the situation in the Federal migration service Romodanovsky said that the number of employees decreased by 10% in connection with the request to reduce budget expenditures.
"Yes, the number of employees decreased by 10%, it was 40 thousand – was 36 thousand people", - said the head of the FMS of Russia. "On the one hand people do not have, on the other – we have enough employees, they just do not very effectively, to put it mildly, use of their time," said Konstantin Romodanovsky.

Romodanovsky said that he does not consider it appropriate to conduct so-called "Amnesty" for migrant offenders who were denied entry into the country. "I see no reason for Amnesty", - said Romodanovsky.

"From August 1, FMS triggers the 120-day determination mechanism of a legal or employment status of migrants. If a citizen of Ukraine will receive a temporary residence permit or a patent, no problem he will not" - said the head of the FMS of Russia.
According to him, if at this time any citizen of Ukraine will not fit, then when leaving Russia, it will be closed re-entry for a period of 3 years.
The head of the FMS of Russia noted that this mechanism will not apply to refugees who came to Russia from the Luhansk and Donetsk regions of Ukraine in connection with the armed conflict in the territory of these regions.
"We believe it is appropriate to extend the period of preferences for Ukrainian citizens, who arrived to Russia from war-affected territories of Luhansk and Donetsk regions of Ukraine", - stated in the materials distributed prior to a press conference.
"The rest of the citizens of Ukraine can stay freely in Russia for another 90 days, during which they can obtain permits for the work, as well as all citizens of the countries-participants of the CIS with which it has visa-free relations", - stated in the materials.
FMS of Russia has reminded that before 1 August for all citizens of Ukraine provided concerning relief of stay and employment. "Moreover, for the inhabitants of the South-East of Ukraine, who arrive in the emergency mass procedure, funds for welfare arrangement on the territory of Russia", - stated in a press release.
According to the FMS of Russia at the present time in Russia there are 2.6 million Ukrainians, including about 1 million from South-Eastern regions, of which 21 thousand are contained in temporary accommodation.
"About 570 thousand citizens arrived in extra-masse, received the status of temporary shelter and temporary residence permit that will allow them to stay in Russia for more than a year and to work without any authorization documents", - informs the FMS of Russia.
