12 of August. The investigating authorities opened a criminal case on the fact of obstructing the activities of the crew of "revizorro" in Salekhard (Yamalo-Nenets Autonomous Okrug).
The investigation established that on 8 August during the filming of the TV show the staff of the cafe "Victoria" caused injury to the operator of the crew, and damaged one of the cameras.
"The actions of the staff of the cafe was aimed at preventing lawful professional activities of journalists by forcing them to refuse to disseminate the information they received through their professional activities", - stated in the message published on the website of the TFR.
A criminal case was opened under part 3 of article 144 of the Russian Criminal code "obstruction of the lawful professional activities of journalists".
Earlier the office of public Prosecutor of AREA has brought representation to the head of the investigative Department of the Investigative Committee of Russia on YANAO with the requirement about excitation of criminal case.
As reported, the staff of the cafe "Victoria" in Salekhard and the members of the crew of the program "Revizorro" he wrote in the police statements to each other about the beatings. In addition, the presenter of the program "Revizorro" Elena Letuchaya written statement according to article 144 of the criminal code.
